A while ago I declared these Coconut Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies to be the best chocolate chip cookies ever.  Since I’m often asked to bring desserts to potlucks or parties, those cookies (or depending on time, these Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars) are some of my go-tos.  Both are simple, classic and everybody loves them.  I especially love the flavor from the coconut oil in the cookies but also love the ease of baking the cookie bars.
