Cranberry Gingerbread Muffins combine two of the best flavors of the holiday season – cranberry and gingerbread – into a delicious breakfast treat. The tart cranberries complement the sweet and spicy gingerbread beautifully. These muffins would be a wonderful treat for Christmas morning, or any time you’re craving something festive for winter that is easy to make….
White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge #SundaySupper
White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge is a wonderful, festive fudge recipe that is super easy to make with no candy thermometer required!
Over the summer I found a fudge recipe that has now been sitting in my ‘to-make’ pile for months. It’s for Pumpkin Pie Fudge, looks fabulous, but requires a candy thermometer. Having to use a candy thermometer was just a little too high maintenance for what I had in mind, so the recipe sits. Then I found a fudge recipe that requires no candy thermometer, and I was intrigued. White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge that is super easy to make? This could be wonderful (and dangerous!)

Red Wine Chocolate Cake #SundaySupper
Red Wine Chocolate Cake is a decadent chocolate bundt cake that is as delicious as it is easy to make. The red wine in the batter gives this cake a sophisticated flair, making it a wonderful finale to your Holiday meal, or any special occasion.
This week Sunday Supper partnered with Gallo Family Vineyards to share Memorable Holiday Meals: Holiday Traditions and Recipes using wine in the recipe. When it comes to memorable Holiday recipes, a cake always stands out as something special. So when we received two bottles of wine from them – Moscato and Cabernet Sauvignon – this Red Wine Chocolate Cake came to mind immediately. Their full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has tastes of rich black fruit and spice, which I thought would complement the chocolate perfectly….
Pretzel Oreo Cookie Balls
Pretzel Oreo Cookie Balls are a delicious yet simple chocolate truffle made with only 4 ingredients. These are one of the easiest desserts you will ever make and also one of the tastiest!
This recipe starts with the classic Oreo Cookie Ball with a pretzel twist. The pretzels add a subtle salty component to the truffle, giving it the salty-sweet combination that is always so popular. This recipe makes plenty, which is good because they will disappear quickly. Pretzel Oreo Cookie Balls will make a wonderful addition to any Holiday treat platter, or for any occasion….

Peppermint Brownie Sundae
This Peppermint Brownie Sundae is made with a fudgy brownie covered with peppermint ice cream and your favorite toppings. A classic and delicious combination is perfect for the Holidays!
This Peppermint Brownie Sundae starts with one of my favorite fudgy brownie recipes. The brownie is sturdy enough to withstand the ice cream topping without becoming soggy yet it melts in your mouth with fudgy goodness. A little peppermint extract to gives the brownies some Holiday flair, but that is optional. You get plenty of peppermint from the delicious peppermint ice cream! I wait all year for my favorite Edy’s Slow Churned Peppermint Wonderland ice cream that is a limited edition available through December. The fact that it is ridiculously rich and creamy with only half the fat and 1/3 fewer calories than regular ice cream is just a bonus.
