Easy Herb Grilled Chicken
Yields: 4 servings
  • 3 tablespoons Pompeian Organic Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Pompeian Organic Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ teaspoons dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper, as desired
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  1. In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar, olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper until combined.
  2. Trim and cut chicken into desired size(s) and put in zip top bag. Pour vinegar mixture in bag with chicken, making sure chicken gets coated. Refrigerate for at least two hours, turning the bag occasionally.
  3. Grill chicken over medium-high heat until cooked thoroughly (approximately 4-5 minutes per side).
