1 tablespoon Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1½ teaspoons dried Italian herbs
Salt and pepper, as desired
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar, olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper until combined.
Trim and cut chicken into desired size(s) and put in zip top bag. Pour vinegar mixture in bag with chicken, making sure chicken gets coated. Refrigerate for at least two hours, turning the bag occasionally.
Grill chicken over medium-high heat until cooked thoroughly (approximately 4-5 minutes per side).
