Broccoli Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Yields: 4 (1/2 cup) servings
- 1⅔ cups water
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 cup Idahoan® Signature™ Russets Mashed Potatoes
- ½ cup chopped steamed broccoli
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- In a sauce pan, cook Idahoan® Signature™ Russets Mashed Potatoes according to package directions using water, butter, milk and potatoes.
- Add broccoli and cheese, stirring to combine and serve!
