The BEST Red Wine Vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Black pepper, to taste
  1. In a jar (or other airtight container) add olive oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard, paprika and pepper (if using), shake well to combine and serve. Store in refrigerator.
