Iced Coffee Yogurt Pops
Yields: 6
  • ¾ cup Caribou Premium Iced Coffee (any flavor)
  • 1¼ cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or regular vanilla yogurt)
  1. Put six 3-ounce paper cups on a plate. Get six wooden sticks and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the coffee and yogurt until combined. Divide mixture evenly among cups. Put a wooden stick in the center of each cup. Place plate in freezer for at least 2 hours.
  3. To serve, simply peel paper cup from pop, and enjoy!
