Oven Roasted Broccoli with Tomatoes

Ingredients
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) Hunt's Organic Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • ¼ teaspoons salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, toss broccoli, drained tomatoes, garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Spread mixture in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until broccoli is tender and browned, stirring halfway.
