Lemon Coconut Crescent Pinwheels
Yields: 12 pinwheels
  • 8 ounce Pillsbury┬« Crescent Rolls (or Dough)
  • ⅓ cup lemon curd
  • ½ cup sweetened, flaked coconut
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Unroll Pillsbury® Crescent Rolls and press edges together to create one big sheet of dough (or if using dough, simply unroll).
  3. Spread lemon curd over dough and then sprinkle with coconut.
  4. Roll up dough tightly.
  5. Cut into 12 slices (note: a plastic or silicone knife or using unflavored floss works well for this step) and place on prepared baking dish. Sprinkle tops with extra coconut, if desired.
  6. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until dough is golden.
