Orange Scream Baked French Toast
Yields: 8 to 10 servings
French Toast:
  • 1 loaf (16 ounces) cinnamon swirl bread, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups TruMoo Orange Scream
  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  1. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with baking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk TruMoo Orange Scream milk and eggs. Add bread cubes and stir until coated. Pour into prepared baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
  3. Meanwhile, prepare topping: using two forks (or fingers) combine oats, brown sugar and butter until combined and crumbly.
  4. BAKE: Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Uncover French toast and sprinkle prepared topping over the top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until set.
