Avocado Cream
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and diced
  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  1. Put avocado, yogurt, lemon juice and garlic powder in a bowl. Mash with a fork until fully combined. [Note: You can also use a food processor or high-speed blender instead of mashing by hand]
Swap the garlic powder for another flavoring, such as chili powder, to go with your meal.
