Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Yields: 1 serving
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into slices and frozen
  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt (plain or strawberry)
  • juice or milk (optional)
  1. Put strawberries, banana and yogurt in a blender and process on high speed until combined. If desired, add a small amount of juice or milk until desired consistency is achieved. Pour into chilled glass and serve.
