Marshmallow Popcorn Bars
Yields: 24 bars
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 10 ounces miniature marshmallow
  • 4 to 5 cups popped popcorn
  • Sea salt
  • ½ cup Nestlé® Toll House® Mint DelightFulls™ Filled Baking Morsels
  • Cooking spray
  1. Spray 13x9-inch pan (glass or metal) with cooking spray.
  2. In a large sauce pan over medium-low heat, melt butter. Once butter is melted, add marshmallows, stirring frequently until marshmallows are melted and combined with the butter.
  3. Working quickly, stir in the popcorn (adding by the cup-full).
  4. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press down into the pan. (Note: for a less sticky mess, I use waxed paper to press the mixture into the pan)
  5. Sprinkle top of popcorn mixture with baking morsels and sea salt (to taste). Let sit for at least 30 minutes (to overnight) before cutting into bars.
