Vanilla Mixed Berry Smoothie
Yields: 1 to 2 servings
  • ½ cup Silk Vanilla Soymilk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 ripe banana, (cut into slices and frozen)
  • 1 tablespoons flaxseed (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.. Blend on high speed until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into a chilled glass. Enjoy!
