1 teaspoon dried oregano (or basil or Italian seasoning)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
First make the orzo: In a sauce pan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the orzo, turn the heat up to medium-high and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in broth and water and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Then remove from heat, add cheese and oregano, stirring to combine.
While the orzo is cooking, make chicken: Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and brown on each side until mostly cooked through. Then add skillet sauce. Cover and reduce heat. Cook for 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve chicken over orzo, spooning any extra Marsala sauce over the top, and enjoy!
