Baked Barbecue Chicken
Yields: 4 servings
This is the easiest recipe for barbecue chicken ever! The amounts can be easily adjusted. I roughly estimate about ¼ cup sauce per 1 serving ~4 oz chicken.
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • Cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Place chicken in prepared baking dish (I typically cut the chicken into 4-6 oz portions)
  3. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken, making sure it gets well covered.
  4. Cover baking dish with lid or foil and bake for 1 hour, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with additional barbecue sauce for dipping, if desired.
