Healthy Banana Mango Smoothie

Yields: 1 serving
- 1 frozen ripe banana, cut into slices
- 6 ounces plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mango chunks (fresh or thawed from frozen)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and well-blended.
- Pour in a chilled glass and enjoy!
